PAYPAL - PayPal is our preferred payment method. PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. There are several advantages of using PayPal:

- Does not require you to use your credit card online. You can transfer directly from your bank account.
- If you use a credit card with PayPal, we don't see your credit card number. It is safely encrypted through PayPal's server so that the risk of unauthorized use is limited.
ATTENTION! We accept shipments to addresses other than the PayPal Confirmed Address. Simply enter a different Shipping Address at Checkout time. However, we do not accept shipments to any address other than the Billing Address if paying with Credit Cards.

SALES TAX
Because we are a California State registered company, we are required to add Los Angeles County 8.25% Sales Tax to all orders shipped to a California address, even if the order is shipped from another location in the United States to an address in California. WARRANTY & RETURNS

NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT PURCHASED?
If the item purchased is the correct one but you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, simply email us within Thirty (30) Calendar days from the delivery of your order and we will issue a Return Authorization and refund the sell price of the item returned (Shipping Fees not included). Note that the 30 Calendar Days Guarantee applies to Store Items only. Items purchased on our online auctions can only be returned within Three (3) Calendar days from the delivery of your order. Please write NOT HAPPY WITH THE ORDER PURCHASED on the Subject line of your email and include the Order Number or your purchase. An agent in our Customer Support Department will contact you either via email or by phone to arrange for the return of the order purchased and refund of the sell price.
Any returns must be received exactly as shipped, in their original packaging and still wrapped in plastic with the factory seal, if shipped in such condition. We do not accept any returns purchased from us in new condition and then used, even once. All returns will be inspected prior to any credit being issued. International customers are also responsible for any additional duties, taxes, brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Such expenses will be deducted from amount refunded.

RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDER?
We immediately replace any wrong item shipped or any item lost or damaged by our shipping carriers at no extra charge to you. Simply email us or call our Customer Service within two (2) business days from receipt of your order. If sending an email message, please write WRONG ITEM RECEIVED or DAMAGED ORDER RECEIVED on the Subject line of your email and include the Order Number or your purchase. An agent in our Customer Support Department will contact you either via email or by phone to arrange for the immediate replacement of the order wrongly received or damaged while in transit. If a replacement is no longer available, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (Shipping Fees included) of the order purchased and refund of the sell price.
In order to file a claim with our shipping carriers for damaged or lost items, all orders damaged by our shipping carriers must be placed inside the original packaging exactly as they were shipped to you. This is because our shipping carrier may send an inspector to pick up the damaged package for inspection before issuing refund.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement for you under the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. Please note that we do not offer any special warranty above and beyond the manufacturer warranty on any product we sell.
Most golf manufacturers require International buyers to send their defective item back to the original seller to facilitate the prompt replacement/repair of such item. International buyers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges and duties required for the repair/replacement of item under warranty. Therefore, please contact us if the issue is something that falls in the manufacturer's warrant and we will assist you to find the best and quickest way to facilitate the return/exchange of the defective item.
